廉永福,，男,，1963年3月生,，1986年畢業(yè)于哈爾濱師范大學化學系,，1989年畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學應用化學系并獲碩士學位,，2000年畢業(yè)于北京大學化學與分子工程學院并獲博士學位,。1989~1997在黑龍江大學化學系工作,，2000~2001在香港科技大學做博士后, 2001~2006在日本筑波大學做外國人研究員, 2006年底到黑龍江大學化學化工與材料學院工作?，F任黑龍江大學化學化工與材料學院教授、博士生導師,，2006年度“龍江學者”特聘教授,。

研究方向：主要從事納米碳材料的基礎研究和應用研究,。感興趣的研究方向：
1． 碳納米管和內嵌金屬富勒烯的高效合成及純化,；
2． 內嵌金屬富勒烯化學反應的規(guī)律研究；
3． 碳納米管的填充和功能化研究,；
4． 內嵌金屬富勒烯做為藥物和信息存儲材料的應用研究,；
5． 納米碳基電極材料和傳感器件
