葛菁萍,,理學(xué)博士,、二級教授,、博士生導(dǎo)師,,黑龍江省教學(xué)新秀獎(jiǎng)獲得者,,黑龍江大學(xué)教學(xué)名師,,黑龍江省科技廳寒區(qū)植物基因工程與發(fā)酵工程重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,、黑龍江省教育廳高校重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,。主要研究方向?yàn)槲⑸锷鷳B(tài)學(xué)及生理代謝調(diào)控,,已經(jīng)創(chuàng)新性的完善了群體效應(yīng)理論,,結(jié)合合成生態(tài)學(xué)實(shí)現(xiàn)天然發(fā)酵體系的可控性,并解析了微生物種群生態(tài)關(guān)系及其維持穩(wěn)定機(jī)制,。擔(dān)任黑龍江省麻類體系專家,、《Fermentaion》編委、《Frontiers in Microbiology》客座編輯,、《中國農(nóng)學(xué)通報(bào)》副主編,。兼職黑龍江省天然產(chǎn)物工程學(xué)會(huì)副會(huì)長、黑龍江省微生物學(xué)副理事長,、黑龍江省發(fā)酵學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,、黑龍江省生態(tài)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事。從2006年至今共獲得授權(quán)專利17項(xiàng),,其中2項(xiàng)專利用于轉(zhuǎn)化企業(yè)開展亞麻漚制研究,、4項(xiàng)專利進(jìn)行了利用可再生資源發(fā)酵產(chǎn)醇,、6項(xiàng)專利應(yīng)用于細(xì)菌素及乳酸酸菜研發(fā),并支持黑龍江豐源集團(tuán)天然防腐劑項(xiàng)目順利投產(chǎn),,支持黑龍江天順源清真食品有限公司,、黑龍江禾家福農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司生產(chǎn)“凌老師”乳酸酸菜,該產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)于2018年榮登央視舌尖三,。
