邱成軍:1965年3月生人,,博士、教授,,黑龍江大學(xué)固體電子學(xué)與微電子學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師,,1993年7月獲得黑龍江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2005年10月獲得哈爾濱工程大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,,黑龍江省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)后備帶頭人?,F(xiàn)任黑龍江大學(xué)校級重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室--集成電路設(shè)計(jì)與系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,電子工程學(xué)院集成電路設(shè)計(jì)與集成系統(tǒng)專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人,,電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)黨支部書記,。獲省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng), 獲哈爾濱市第十屆青年科技獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。主持省級以上課題5項(xiàng),,承擔(dān)了國家自然基金課題2項(xiàng),,973子課題2項(xiàng),863課題2項(xiàng),。申請中國發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng),,近五年發(fā)表論文50余篇,主編教材2部,。
